The LiftMaster CBG24DCWMC TECHNA Commercial Barrier Gate Operator is a high-performance traffic control solution designed for residential communities, commercial properties, parking facilities, and distribution centers requiring secure, dependable 24/7 vehicle access. Finished in white, this commercial-grade operator features a powerful 24VDC brushless continuous-duty motor with a direct-drive system and oil-bath gearbox, delivering fast opening and closing in approximately 2.5 seconds. It supports barrier arms providing up to 14 ft. of lane coverage and features slow start/stop operation to help reduce mechanical wear and extend the life of the operator and barrier arm. Built for demanding outdoor installations, the CBG24DCWMC features an IP65-rated aluminum housing, programmable red and green LED tower indicators, breakaway arm technology, advanced diagnostics, and an easy-to-use LCD control board for simplified setup and programming. Built-in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity provide integration with myQ® Facility for remote diagnostics, alerts, and system management, while the included two 12V 7Ah batteries provide backup operation during power outages.
