The LiftMaster RSL12UL 12VDC Residential Light Commercial Slide Gate Operator is a durable sliding-gate solution designed for residential and light-commercial applications. Rated for 120 cycles per day, it can accommodate gates up to 25 ft. in length or weighing up to 800 lbs. The operator is powered by a 12VDC continuous-duty P3 Motor and features commercial oil bath gearboxes with 15:1 worm gear reduction. Its rugged construction includes a 1/4"" gold zinc-plated steel chassis for rust prevention and a one-piece UV-resistant polyethylene cover to help protect the operator in demanding outdoor environments. The RSL12UL package includes a 5 ft. resistive safety edge, LMRRUL photocell with protective hoods, 25 ft. black oxide chain, and one FREE compatible remote with visor clip. An integrated LED diagnostic display helps guide users through installation and provides alerts for errors or troubleshooting during operation. The system is also solar-ready, allowing optional solar panels to be added as a backup power source, and is compatible with HOMELINK Version 4 and higher. Security+ 2.0 technology encrypts the signal to help prevent interference while supporting up to 50 remote controls.
