Veronica Richardson Wallace is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fence Workers Association and World Fence Federation, where she helps develop education, events, resources, and support systems for the people who build, manage, and advance the fence industry. With a construction background and years of experience in fence company operations, project coordination, customer communication, crew support, estimating, scheduling, and office management, Veronica brings a practical and honest perspective to every class she teaches. Her teaching focuses on helping fence companies strengthen communication between the office and the field, improve handoffs, protect profitability, create better job packets, reduce costly mistakes, and build systems that make daily operations more consistent and manageable.
