National Vinyl Products (NVP) was a family-owned U.S. manufacturer of durable PVC vinyl fence and railing products engineered for long-lasting, low-maintenance outdoor installations.

National Vinyl Products (NVP) was an established American manufacturer of high-quality PVC vinyl fencing and railing systems based in Nephi, Utah, producing durable outdoor products since 2004. NVP offered a comprehensive portfolio of fencing solutions — including privacy and semi-privacy panels, picket and ranch rail styles, textured woodgrain finishes, vinyl posts, rails, gate components, and a full suite of vinyl fence accessories — all engineered to resist fading, yellowing, rot, rust, and other weather-related degradation. NVP products were formulated with premium PVC, titanium dioxide, and UV inhibitors to deliver long-lasting performance for residential and commercial applications. For many years, NVP was recognized in the fence industry for its engineered materials, multiple color and finish options, and lifetime product warranties, serving dealers, contractors, and homeowners across the United States. In late 2024 and into early 2025, the legacy NVP brand and product lines were integrated into the newly launched Catalyst Fence Solutions portfolio, a unified brand initiative under Oldcastle® APG Outdoor, bringing together several legacy fencing manufacturers — including National Vinyl Products — into a broader, modernized fencing solutions platform. As part of the transition, NVP’s core products continued to be offered, now under the Catalyst Fence Solutions umbrella, with enhanced distribution support, updated product resources, and expanded warranty and technical materials. This evolution preserved NVP’s longstanding commitment to quality vinyl fencing while aligning it with a larger product ecosystem that spans vinyl, molded, aluminum, steel, and mixed material fence systems designed for varied aesthetic, performance, and site-specific needs.
