By registering for the Women of FWA Retreat, you agree to the following terms and expectations: Lodging selections are first-come, first-served and based on availability at the time of registration. Many lodging options include shared rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces; we ask all attendees to be respectful, considerate, and mindful of others. This is a women-only retreat designed to foster connection, learning, and support in a safe and inclusive environment. All attendees are expected to engage in a professional, respectful, and harassment-free manner throughout the retreat. Alcohol may be present during designated activities; attendees are expected to participate responsibly. Event details, speakers, session topics, and schedules may evolve as final arrangements are confirmed. No specific job title or industry role is required to attend—all women connected to the fence industry are welcome. Due to limited capacity and advance lodging commitments, all registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another eligible attendee with prior written approval. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the retreat start date. The original registrant is responsible for coordinating the transfer and ensuring the new attendee meets retreat eligibility. No transfers or changes can be accepted within 14 days of the event. In the unlikely event that the retreat is postponed or canceled by the organizers, registered attendees will be notified promptly and next steps will be communicated at that time. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and expectations, helping us create a meaningful and enjoyable experience for everyone.
